M.Crush Beauty Lounge – Appointment Cancellation Policy
At M.Crush Beauty Lounge, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and considerate to both our clients and our team while protecting the time reserved specifically for you.
We kindly ask that all clients provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
This notice allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client on our waiting list.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $40.00 cancellation fee, which applies regardless of the service booked.
No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will also be charged the $40.00 fee.
The cancellation fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment or a deposit for future bookings.
